No one likes to have a problem when ordering or receiving a product.
But we all know things can go wrong.
If they ever do, rest assured that we will work with you in a reasonable manner to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
The resolution of choice will generally be a replacement or refund.
However, if there is some other problem you would like to report, you can do that by sending an email directly to customer support at the email address below.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will respond just as promptly (within one business day or less) as we do when you contact us for product purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
While accepting delivery, take a thorough look at the outside of your package and IMMEDIATELY notify the driver of any externally visible package damage and file a damage claim with him/her at that time.
Then, contact us via email (see Customer Service address below) and report the damage and the carrier claim number so that we can process the claim and quickly send you a replacement product.
If no package damage is obvious, accept the package.
Then, you should open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage.
If any item in your order is damaged, email Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of your order at:
We will respond with a return authorization number approving the return.
We WILL NOT accept any returns without prior approval.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund it's your option.
Once your return has been authorized, you must re-pack your return item(s) in the original packaging and include a description inside the package with the reason for returning the merchandise the description need not be complicated.
Something as simple as Frame damaged in delivery is sufficient.
During packing, be careful not to scratch or damage the item(s) further.
Ship the merchandise back to us using the shipping method of your choice.
Be sure to include your full name, address, telephone number, and the return authorization number to ensure a timely refund or exchange.
