The nature of our business is custom manufacturing, that is, we place Jerry's images on ceramic tiles in matrices you select, or with custom matting and framing of your selection. Therefore, our warranty must be limited to assuring our products are of the highest quality and free of manufacturing defects.

For 30 days from the date of purchase, Jerry Tardif Photography warrants that the purchased item, as delivered by Jerry Tardif Photography, is free of any defects of product or craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or use. Jerry Tardif Photography's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be either (a) replacement of the purchased item or (b) return of the price paid.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, IS REQUIRED for reimbursement.
